Thinking of what it’s like inside of ourselves……physically….I envision movement.  The title comes from me being connected to my body.  Sounds odd but once in a while my connection with myself is so close that I can tell what everything in me is doing.  This also came at a time of deep tension when I felt at a crossroads for my life.  I channeled thoughts of not knowing where to go and feeling like everything was screeching to a halt and this is what it looked like.  When you've been betrayed, harmed either physically or emotionally you can look inwards and take this feeling and convert it to anger or you can cross through to the other side as a stronger, more well rounded person.
